Have you ever had moments or situations where you feel like you do not belong? Or maybe even seasons of feeling that way?


Oftentimes the world can feel so big and we can feel so small. We can have feelings of loneliness, insecurity, and even conflict. 

And oftentimes, we avoid these painful feelings.

We have to be willing to truly pay attention to how we are feeling, AND be willing to let go of some things if we are not well.


Truly I believe there are so many things in life that are like an abusive relationship that we cannot let go of…and ultimately make us feel as if we do not belong.

Whether it truly is an abusive relationship, a toxic friendship, an addiction, or maybe even self hatred. 

We have to be willing to let these things go and/or set the boundaries we need to truly feel well. Letting these things go will not be easy, might be scary, and could possibly even bring up trouble.

But…our feelings matter.

Our life matters.


We are a part of a way bigger story than the here and now.

Walk each day toward that story.

Build a life you truly feel you belong in.
